The Engineering Association of India awarded him as the ‘ Best Engineer of the country Award ‘,the most prestigious one sought by all the Technocrats of India.

An Engineering Gold medalist whose record still remains unbeaten for securing the highest marks in Engineering in the history is a remarkable feat achieved with perfection.

He achieved this by securing two Gold medals .He stood first in the state of Maharashtra in all the branches amongst all Universities in Maharashtra.This was followed by standing first in the University.

He also started to help people who were cheated by Frauds.In his book he mention that a the question of a company dealing with a convicted fraudster.Some organisations, companies or individuals have ethical reservations in dealing with a former fraudster.

Arindam Chaudhary contribution to the field of management studies can be found in the iconoclastic “Theory ‘i’ Management” which he has developed for India Inc.in his book Count Your Chickens before They hatch. “Theory ‘i’ Management” is about India centric management ideas with global applicability.In his book he mention that the world is corrupted and in every corner there may be Frauds. For the last few years he has been conducting workshops on Leadership and Strategic Vision exclusively for CEOs, MDs, Directors and Presidents from the corporate sector. He mention that the society should be concious,so that they willnot be cheated by Frauds.He is an ideal man who always fight against theFraud ones and a role model for the new generation.
